      I would go with a frangible handgun load. Birdshot is better than nothing but will just make a flesh wound. Maybe step up to #5 or 6 shot size in 410? But unless someone is doped up birdshot would still likely persuade them to move on regardless. Also, a pistol round in FMJ will penetrate walls...

      De-primer malfunction

      This has happened to me as well. Try to be careful not to mar up the pin with the pliers if you have to use them. Maybe wrap a cloth around it before you grab it with the pliers. And patience. What brand die? I couldn't view your picture. I have never had this happen on pistol rounds, only rifle...

      308 load data needed

      Crimping in the cannelure dictates the OAL to be around 2.700-2.725. I typically use RL15 but recently got some AR Comp and CFE 223. I loaded a few test rounds last night and hope to try them out this weekend.

      I have some 150 gr fmj Hdy, trying to work up some loads using AR Comp. My OAL is around 2.700 when using the cannelure. Alliants website has no info using this bullet for some reason. Any help would be appreciated.

      Get the Lyman, they just released a new one. Also look for Handloader magazine, very good information in every issue. You can also contact component manufacturers for data. And be careful where you get your information from.

      I have only loaded and shot about 50 rounds using 26.5 grains behind a 55 gr sp. Accuracy was better than AR Comp I tested, so I bought 2 more pounds thinking I would be as happy as with H335. I feel now I should have just stuck with the tried and true H335, or maybe more Tac. It does meter...

      Just picked up some CFE 223 today. Hodgdons site doesn't show any data for 55gr fmj. Anyone have any data for Hndy 55gr? Also have 62gr fmj, 55gr hp, Nosler 55gr BT, and Hdy 75gr HP I want to experiment with. Also got some AR Comp. what fun.
