Killed a sick coyote that came in my yard and was having a standoff with my dogs. Damn cheap scope fogged up as soon as I ran out with 10/22, but; I endeavored to persevere!

So I must ask/assume the guns were not in a safe? Or were they and the fire was that bad?
Daezee, for a man to have friends like that then he himself has to be a good friend. Congratulations Sir.

now that's a truck gun!Put the nightforce on paper at 200 and ran some pistol to rifle drills on steel 50 out to 300.
It’s nice knowing that the scar is also an MOA gun with my blackhills mk262.
Also sighted in the eotech XPS2-2 on the AR at 50 and confirmed that the bottom of the ring matches the offset at 7. I’ll take it further once I put a magnifier on it. It’s SOOO much cleaner than Aimpoint with my astigmatism.
Found out that full size steel at 50 is surprisingly easy with an MOS gun and red dot... hmmm. That may have cost me some money.
Luckily there are still blue label guns out there out of the reach of the scalpers.
now that's a truck gun!
So 9mm largo, not Luger. And Spanish, not Soviet Bloc. Still a cool lead chucker.Astra 400? cool though.

Searching for some more 300 BO brass, landed on Brownells and got some in the cart. Then I decided to look at the clearance items, never know. Been itching for a 20" barrel AR with fixed stock, trad/retro. It was a happy chance action!
https://www.brownells.com/firearms/rifles/semi-auto/brn-601-rifle-5-56mm-20in-green-prod113312.aspx is on it's way to me!
Astra 600/43, mfg 1945. Straight blowback 9x19. A little smaller than a 1911, but 15 pounds heavier lolAlmost looks like a nambu. What is it?
9x19, basically a 400 built for WW2 German contract, although this one didnt make it to Germany. So 9mm largo, not Luger. And Spanish, not Soviet Bloc. Still a cool lead chucker.
