Thank god we watch the news and prepared for this LAST weekend lol. So just as ammo prices have spiked, I have gas for sale $1000.00 a gallon :)
    That's gouging!

I have 5 gallons of the good stuff (non ethanol) I'd sell for $4000.

Channel 5 mobile said that part of alabama is on that pipe line, but there should be enough gas for a few days if people do not panic and hoard it all like it appears they are doing here in NW Florida. Some parts of north florida going east are on that pipe line also.
There still is barge fuel terminal operating in Pensacola near Joe Patti's, but it seems to be a lot fewer than the tank farms used to be and it seems that there is a chickasaw fuel terminal about Saralandand, but that is a longer truck haul for sure. I am not sure if there is fuel in the pensacola tank farm.
There are some large refineries on the west bank to New Orleans and the barges would follow the intracoastral water way to get here.

Just imagine when a real shortage hits. Pure entertainment.

There’s a refinery / port in Niceville Triangle Refinery that a lot of gas deliveries originate from in Okaloosa county

Do we all believe there's a legit shortage or is this another "potential storm in the Gulf" scenario and everyone has been watching too much Facebook?

all the signs i saw yesterday, were out of order, not out of gas..

    i don't believe anything anymore....

The pipeline hack, a driver shortage AND the Pensacola fuel terminal dissin' the Clean Air Act are all blameworthy. Along with of course the panic hoarding.
The agency added that the Pensacola fuel terminal is also to blame, saying the company didn't meet EPA standards required by May 1.

“FDACS was recently alerted to a potential disruption in the fuel supply impacting the Pensacola region," Nikki Fried says in a release. "This specific disruption is due to a company servicing that area that is unable to meet EPA standards on federal gasoline requirements under the Clean Air Act, which must be met annually by May 1.
