I have wondered when they bag the pumps, how much gas do they still have in the ground that they bought at the old last weeks price, and are they saving it for the new next weeks price?

A station on W St., in Pensacola went to near $4.00 per gallon today until news media showed up, and they backed down. Since a natural disaster hasn't been declared, it's not illegal to jack up the prices.
It was 4.29. They quickly put a 3 up but left the 29.....haha. gas everywhere else was 2.89-2.93 so still high. They need to eat a fine for that or something. Uncalled for. Circle k on w st at Massachusetts

Wife bought gas at the Raceway, Hwy. 90 and Woodbine this morning. They only had non ethanol. Over $3.00 per gallon

    Pensacola, west side.
Went to Buccee's and gassed up, both the SUV and me (with 3 breakfast burritos)! Took the long way back for a scenic ride. Glad to be home before this storm came in.

We also have local oil wells on border with AL up in Jay and on the AL side.

There is a pipeline there that sends crude to a refinery
Jay Pipeline System consists of approximately 100 miles of pipeline delivering both trucked and field produced crude oil into Shell’s Mobile, Alabama refinery as well as other terminals. This system has approximately 230,000 barrels of above ground storage https://www.genesisenergy.com/operations/pipeline/onshore/jay-tariff/

The culprit are Russian hackers and a lack of cyber security that was already the case prior to the Biden-Harris regime taking power.
Now what may be the Biden-Harris Regime's fault is the closing of the single remaining Oil Terminal in Pensacola. It failed to meet Clean Air requirements, but I am not sure if it was the USA EPA or the state of FL. For some reason Nikki Fried was the states spokesperson/woman for the closure.
Florida Agriculture Commissioner Nikki Fried said in a written statement that a Pensacola company, TransMontaigne Partners LP, was unable to meet EPA standards on gas requirements under the Clean Air Act, which must be met annually by May 1. https://www.pnj.com/story/news/2021...uses-gas-shortages-local-stations/5022970001/

Is there anywhere around the general P'Cola area that has off-road diesel?
RK Allen, Next door to Joe Patti Seafood is where I used to get off road diesel for my boat.
It is the building just above the "T" in the photo above. Across from the old Sam's seafood Restaurant.
