Agreed. I’m definitely criticizing the Biden Administration specifically on this one, and def not those men. If any single one of them would have fired yesterday, they’d already have formal murder charges. This one’s gonna land on citizens to clean up.

5th and 14th are mentioned specifically in the 2nd paragraph but there is no indication in the first paragraph about further limitations

I'm fine with Laws, Policies and Regulations applying and zero/zip/zilch Constitutional and Amendment benefits for illegal aliens. Not even due process. The Law says you cant come in illegally, so don't.

Anyone comes in in illegally, they should get turned around and escorted right back over the border. Then, here's a shocker, secure the border so they can't come in at all.

If thats not clear enough I cant help you...

Where was the criticism? A follow up question was asked. I'll admit my focus is beyond just the 2nd but have I strayed from discussion on constitutional rights that started with my original question?

I speak it often in my rebuttal with idiots. Rittenhouse has not had an easy row to hoe, as I predicted. But he is still alive, and that's what counts. Even though I live very isolated, I still have to move around, for about the last 2 years I've been on heightened alert as I do so & not being complacent so as to leave home unarmed. Now even at work since the Haitians showed up.

"Legal permanent resident aliens who are Florida residents may purchase a firearm and must provide a valid alien registration number. Non-resident aliens visiting Florida must present a border crossing number (I-94) and a valid exception document ."
Not sure where you stand. I feel this thread has gotten off of 2A and is going in the directions of more amendments.
If you aren't here legally, there should be a one way ticket out of the country.
It's a slap in the face to citizens and to the people that took the proper path to become part of our country.

Being illegal and carrying a firearm are two entirely separate issues and should not be conflated.

Keep the illegals out, deport the ones who manage to sneak in. But recognize their basic human rights while they are here. Anything less is simply unAmerican.

I know the FL law. I had to do about a half dozen of them when I was in the business.

If you're into the "all men are created equal and endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights" then having to qualify for those rights or having them denied without due process doesn't make any sense. If you don't believe that all men are equal then I get the hesitation.
