So glad I live in Santa Rosa.
Wonder if they will expedite a permit for me to paint all lives matter in downtown Pcola?

Post quoted above is from another thread, but I think the discussion fits here.

So the city of Pensacola approved a mural comprised basically of National FLAGS to be painted on a Road... for people to Drive on.

Seems extraordinarily disrespectful to each of those countries.

But hey, what else do you expect from a bunch of domestic terrorists who have strong-armed the spineless politicians to do their bidding?

If there's a US Flag as one of those damn 16-letters, I'll be adding some black paint to that bullshit to cover Her up.

You do have a point. I know the american flag should never be on the ground.

Anyone got a high horsepower car? Couple of sweet burnouts should do the trick

Not for Old Glory. She deserves a respectful traffic stop action by police, while concerned Patriots respectfully paint over Her.

If it was a physical flag, proper respect could be given:

If it's actually painted on a road, respectful correction would have to be creative.

IDEALLY, She should NEVER have had Her likeness painted on a road in the first place.

Hopefully, even these idiots aren't that oblivious.

And I wouldn’t burnout on old glory, was not implying that. Sorry for the misunderstanding as for the rest of the letters that’s a different story.

Well, the whole thing will get paved over later this year anyways. I highly doubt that any paving contractor is going to let a piece of hot top that big go unpaved. He'd be losing thousands of dollars, not to mention that breach of contract. I'd say leave it alone. But if you're going to cover it up, better do it fast. And on a Sunday morning when everybody is either in church or sleeping. With 5 gallon buckets of paint. Dump and run.

And wear kevlar. In a well-insured rental truck. And as long as we're renting trucks.... rent a one ton dump truck. Fill the bed full of paint and you'll never even need to get out of the cab to dump and run

One person hates this Nation. That's their right.
A group of people hate this Nation. That's their right.
A group of people want to protest with signs about how much they hate this Nation. That's their right.
A person or group of people want to burn/disrespect the US Flag... as distasteful/reprehensible as that act would be, that's their right in this beautiful Nation.
That same group wants to ASK the city for a permit to do who knows what? That's their right, too.

But for a single mayor and/or especially a Group of elected officials to Approve the US Flag being painted on a GD public ROAD? That is Definitely NOT Their Fucking Right.

Every SOB who approved that mural should be ashamed of themselves.

Every Patriot should be furious at this.

I'm out of town right now. I will be back soon.
    I'm sick of this shit.

Every SOB who supports that GD mural can kiss my American ass and GTFO of this Country.

Pensacola IS NOT the same Pensacola that I grew up in. It has completely transformed into a SHITHOLE city. Actually . . . pretty much the entire county.
    Extremely dirty,mismanaged, gangs,shootings,super high crime rate,expensive,and did I mention DIRTY !!
When we made the rather hard decission to move out of Maine in 2002,we looked at several places. We finally decided on P'cola . . . my home town. It was a bad mistake. Too old to move again . But hopefully am still allowed to be ashamed of this area and what it has become.
    RIP Pensacola !! ---- SAWMAN

What do they thinks going to happen? You get a bump, then the driver(in this case an officer with his lights on) stops to allow the protestor to get out of the way. After that, I support running them over.

    ???

As in the mayor of Pensacola, Grover Robinson?

Unless he fought hard to stop the image of the US Flag from being painted on a public road, no, I don't support him.

Based on how he handled the terrorist demands of the idiots who blocked the highway by 3-mile bridge, I'm sure he supported that un-American road graffiti.

Nah, he's spineless. Just like the rest of the politicians who allow or, even worse, Encourage these domestic terrorists to continue their temper tantrums.
