I put MOUT for section 4I. That wasn't a valid reason for the ATF.

I put "Investment and All Other Lawful Purposes" and had no problem.

Just got a call from my Dealer. Got 3 stamps back, all were paper forms:
1 was 377 days
2 was 351 days
3 was 301 days

E-form is at 157 and counting.

That's the million dollar question - It was approved within 30 days of me calling.

Yes. Pending. Couldn't tell me anything else.

So on mine, they (ATF lady) told me to call back if I didn't hear anything in a month.

I called back a month later and they told me that they had been approved for about a week. Guy swore up and down he called me but I had no missed calls. Either way, I got my can that same day.

FWIW,

I've seen paper forms take as long as six weeks from approved to in hand. Eforms approvals I've seen have been emailed out to transferor and transferee at the same time.

I had 2 Form 4’s approved via E-Form. Both on a trust w/ 2 responsible persons. Certified 2/17/22 and 3/1/22 and approved 8/16/22 and 8/17/22

I got my Eform 4 approval yesterday. Submitted 2/18/22 approved on 8/18/22. 181 days or if you want to get technical 122 working days

Looks like the eForms are quickly closing in on the paper forms. From 90 to 181 days in 6 months. I’m somewhere around 150 now.

I got my refund already! It sucks having to redo the fingerprints though.

Stamps are in! I can't recall the exact date now but it was done in August of 21. Just over a year. Can't wait to get them in my hands. I was about to give up hope.

Just got my last paper form can in today. 348 days from purchase and 326 days after tax stamp check was cashed.

I have a e-form sitting at176 since tax stamp check cashed, and 205 days since purchased.

But who is counting, LOL!

Just transferred my last paper form. Signed on the 18th of Sep 2021. Stamped approved 14 Sep 2022. FWIW

My first Form 4 E-File is at 214 days from tax stamp being submitted, so much for ATF trying for 90 days!

Nfa tracker "average" is showing 170ish. None of my eforms were under 100. I've got several that are over 180 and still going
