I found a butcher on myside of town. Harveys Meat Market on 9 mile road just beore the interstate (east side). This is what a 3 finger RibEye looks like cooked medium rare. She is eaing a filet cooked medium. and of coarse I am having a Miller High Life to complete the meal...

Those fkers were HOT!!!!!!!! I like spicy, but dang. My entire face was red and I had to stop eating them because it just wasn't enjoyable anymore. There were its those few that were like filled with straight cayenne pepper. Ugh.

just pulled the Turkey out of the oven , got Taters and beans on the stove and made a Salad before my Lovely wife gets home and we head out to Beulahfest for a real $hit Kickin evening.
If Mrs Chief was bringing Black Pudding I would dig up some balut's I forgot I buried in the back yard.
