    Something to consider….

If the shootings started at 7pm, and were at a bar and a bowling alley,
How many here carry when out drinking? I’m not a bowler, so typically when at a bowling alley I’m drinking, and I’ll bet a lot are in the evening.

Fl law specifically addresses guns and bars, I wouldn’t be surprised if Maine does also. Further, let’s say you are carrying while at “industry”(bartender) night. How fast do you think your draw and split times will be 4-6 drinks in? What’s the chances of making actual hits with the soft lighting, probable cigarette haze and crowds?

I’m not recommending it, since it’s sorta illegal. But I’ve always felt my chances of needing a weapon are highest on the way to the car, downtown Friday night from a show or catching up with old friends.

Just something to think about if you haven’t.
    It does

He was found with two self inflicted gunshot wounds to the head allegedly.
Also him being a firearms instructor was one of the initial releases but noone found any indicators of such training/certifications.
Little confused on where he went through sere school as it was disclosed he was a
petroleum supply specialist. There's a lot of things not adding up on this. None of which are gonna make the families of those killed and injured in this get any justice or peace. Though neither is the immediate call from the talking heads for gun control.

Personally I think the piece of shit got off too lightly.

The easy way out is to cite mental health, and at the same time detach yourself. There, you are off the hook. He's the devil, Bobby

The only way instances like this get properly addressed/resolved, are to ask and persue how and what it takes for a person to arrive at the point where their perceived only option is to shoot up a bar and a bowling alley, then kill themself.

99.9% will just affix a label and walk away. New "laws" inbound that'll fix it all.

It's our fault, and we should all be punished

Maine problem. Figure it out Maine; Constitutionally.
This happened right across the street from where I bought my Harley Night Train. My best friend in Maine's house is 10 minutes from there and he spent the nights glued to his TV and wearing body armor. It hit home, even me here in Florida. I've waited to comment until the saga was basically over. I hope the shooter rots in hell, don't get me wrong, but before the tragic ending he was veteran crying out for help and nobody could help him

His handler popped him before he was caught and squealed.
I don't doubt there absolutely could have been some high level Russian spy or CIA informant or some crap like that that was the real Target and all this is a cover-up

With the high amount of Russian population in Maine that may not be as far fetched as it sounds
