FedEx screwing me

FedEx was supposed to deliver my blem lower from aero last Tuesday. It said Tuesday then Wednesday then went back into the defuniak warehouse and hasn't moved since the 11th. Aero wont respond. Everytime I call FedEx it's an Indian man I can't quite understand. I think he said if they haven't found it by tomorrow it would be considered lost and to reconcile with aero...sigh. idk if I should pop on another stripped lower or wait. I'd be satisfied with a poverty pony at this point. Anyone had this happen? What was the result? I just know one of those defuniak boys made it fall off the truck. I feel it in my gut

in late October I had a package shipped to me from Idaho by Priority Mail. Process should have taken 3 days. The box went to Washington state then to Jacksonville, FL where it sat for 10 days before it was finally delivered to me. Total time was about 2 weeks. I called USPS but was never able to connect to a human.

I guess I'll wait and see. Have my lpk and upper ready to go. I can always use my other lower but I'd really like a 2nd lower incase they get banned. I see lowers selling out like they're ammo

Fairly certain the fedex out of defuniak is strictly contractors and can state have had nothing but issues with the crackhead female who covers my area.

I had an incident in August with fedex, they suck! Ordered a nice PCP airgun, took 9 days longer than it was supposed to to get to me. Had many arguments with customer service, basically twice a day I called to yell at them after the third day past the due date. Their customer service is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. They are so big they don't care if they piss off the little guy. I hate fedex, wish they would go bankrupt!

I had a Sig Rattler get stuck in Ellenwood GA fedex facility for 30+ days. It eventually showed up.

I was able to find the defuniak facility number on Google. NOT the 1-800 call center. Give me a few...

I just had 2 bcg delivered in an envelope that was ripped open. They are fairly heavy for the package they were in. Have no idea how they made it here.

I am waiting for a barrel from Optics Planet as we speak. My order got delivered last Wednesday but the box was open and no barrel. I called OP and they sent me another one. The package was sent from Illinois by ups and delivered to my post office here then to me. Somewhere along the line the barrel must have fallen out. Supposed to be delivered today so we will see.

So I called the number little Jack provided and a nice lady picked up and checked the back for me. Said she couldn't find and to reach out to aero for a replacement (on a sold out lower)...who I've been trying to contact multiple ways with no luck. I will never buy another thing from aero if they don't reply by tomorrow. Poor customer service was not responding by this morning but I understand some people have dumbass folksworking for them so I'll give them one more day on one of the many ways I have reached out

just had something similar happen to me a couple months ago, I ended up getting refunded then it showed up like 3 weeks after the original delivery date

No it was actually from midway, but they basically just went ahead and refunded me because ups wasn’t any help at all

So ffl just emailed me back after I wrote him to inform him it was lost in mail and he said he has it rofl. Yikes I've been hounding the Indians that work for fedex and talking trash about aero. You know how it is when you want your gun stuff lol

Apparently its been insane at his shop and I believe it so no hard feelings stuff happens. Just very happy now. Elated tbh. I hope yall get your stuff

Still no excuse for them to "lose" your package or have delays.
Why couldn't they tell you it was in route or been delivered? With technology, they really should be on top of it and they aren't.
Same with aero. They need to communicate (customer service is dying)

Y'all just wait til USPS loses an ATF approved form 4 for a suppressor.... hasn't showed up in 4 months since approval, and been waiting weeks for a certified copy.

It's already hard enough to get approval. I'd be livid.
