Title says it all.... what's your favorite Cajun seasoning? Not so much interested in Creole...but Cajun.

I've used Tony C's for years, and Slap Yo Mamma (less sodium, I think). Buddy of mine who lives over in south Louisiana is urging me to try NuNu's. Interested to see what to collective foodie wisdom on this board thinks.

Why not ask your buddy to take a picture of the ingredients listed on a container of NuNu's seasoning, that way we will know where the sodium and other bad stuff lies in the order or % of the total.

Looks to be more than Slap Yo Mamma (10%)

Depending on what im cooking i use slap ya momma or tonys spice and herb. I had a guy from new iberia on the salvage team after sally that gave me a jar of his. Cant remember the name of it. Its was good also. I tried stale crackers 2 step seasoning. I dont like it.

I have two that i really like, Frog Bone and T-Roy's Swamp Shake. The T-roy adds a lot of flavor without adding any heat.
