The CMR30 is outstanding.... Also the 45c/45acp Blackhawk is very handy.
Did you see any accuracy difference between the two different cylinders? How much at what yardage? I'm thinking about getting another one in stainless I saw locally, that's half the size of our current SAA and is a round butt. Not made for accuracy, but infinitely more handy

Cast 224 bullets for the 12.7 mm Swedish rolling block yesterday. Cast 153 more today. Traded for 200 more pounds of lead for bullet casting, sorted and stacked it.
I saw a $1500 sail boat on Craigslist that said that there were hundreds of pounds of lead ballast in the hull

I met up with @DeadlyThreatDefense yesterday (Monday) for the 2 AR mags from him. I met up with @Daezee (Monday) for some ammo and as always, information.
Today I drove out to Gulf breeze to meet with @dreamchaser69 for the stripper clips. Came home and loaded 300 rounds onto said stripper clips. Got uniform ready for first day at new job. God night everyone!

Well, damn. 200 more than what you got from me? You're set for life on lead. Lol

When my 12.7mm Swedish only gets 15 bullets per pound and I shoot 3 pounds of bullets per trip out with it, and I shoot it twice per week...I go through the lead! 12.7mm rounds (445 gr bullet) next to a .223:

Yes, I've found that most 45 cal revolvers, carbines shoot much better with the .452 bullets than the .451. No leading issues with the 45acp due to the fmj though!

Traded a great forum member some ammo this AM. Got plenty of 450Bushmaster now. Will sight in scope and empty some brass to be used for heavy bullet sub,or severely reduced vel loads,in my 23" single shot gun.
Love my singles. Can do most anything with them. No mag legnth to worry amout. No feeding issues. Seat bullet long or short. No mag to dick with. No gas to regulate your loads for. Would absolutely love to find some brass that was .100-.200" longer to expierament with. ( Can you say 450B+P+) ---- SAWMAN

Mentioned I was back into shooting the 303 British...and 2 friends met me at the range and each gave me quite a bit of .303 British brass for reloading, as in I probably brought 200 empties home. Yeah! One brought his No 4 Mk 2 Enfield, and we shot cast bullets out of it. I simply couldn't miss (when shooting of a rest) with it.

Edited to add: After inspecting and tossing 5 empties for splits, there were 283 303 British boxer primer empties!

I shot a model 43 winchester 22 hornet I bought a while back this morning. It came to me with an old weaver 4 power scope that is about the same age as the rifle. I had intended To replace the scope but when I cleaned the scope it was clear as a bell So I decided to try it. To say I’m pleased with the results is a major understatement, I’l be using it as is.

One of the reasons the salvager's buy those POS sailboats after hurricanes is only for the lead in the keel. We pulled likely 100,000 pounds of lead off of boats from Sally this year..... it was at least 4 loads on a tractor-trailer - and the recycle company only takes a min of 30,000 at a time....

Took walk inside LGS and saw they had a new in box 8” Python (manufactured ‘67 or ‘68)
Apparently previous owner had bought new back in 1968 and he watched his wall collection grow.
