Upper doesn’t fit my vise block. I’m particular and don’t like improv bs.
Can’t find one locally and don’t want to wait to order.
I want to torque the barrel and install the gas block ASAP.

I’ll gladly pay a bonafide smith “Sunday money” to knock it out or rent your block (if you have one)

If it's a standard profile bolt the BEV block works great and is a relatively cheap option. If you're an AR guy it's worth having one on hand.

I appreciate your .50, jj. Like I said in my original post, I’m particular. Got it handled today though and played with it a bit. Happy as a hog in stink.
