I've never heard that before. I was under the impression it only ran Beretta 92 style mags.

*Correction, can run them but you need to modify the gun. Guessing it's not worth it unless you have a huge stockpile of canik mags.

I run Berretta mags in my Canik with a small mod so I think it will go the other way as well.

Yes I've done this just by holding the mag in with the support hand
