Question: What is the BEST fast food sandwich ever created?

And why is it the Chic Fil A chicken sandwich? I'll list the reasons why:

The soft chicken, the airy and toasty bread, the pickles that just have that great taste, and I like to add the Chick-fil-A sauce to it which is out of this world. Everything from the quality of chicken to the temperature of the chicken when served. The quality of oil impacts flavor. The bread has a lot to do with it as well.

And the recipe in general is just perfect.

I’ve had some bad sandwiches before and I can tell the difference between a good sandwich and a great sandwich. Most often I notice temperature and breading. The Chic Fil A sandwich is a master class in that fast food staple.

Chik Fila A is great but so is Bojangles spicy chicken sandwich (or buttermilk biscuit) is a very close second! I wish they had Bojangles around here and no it's NOT the same as Popeyes!

Whataburger patty melt!
Chic filet is ok if your wanting to get a piece of pressed , then cut ,flopped on the grill and then onto the designer bun please!
You are gonna get the patty melt on you when you put your teeth into it! I catch myself wanting to lick the paper it was wrapped in!!

One of the few things I miss about being stationed in VA, was Bojangles.

Grover's Fingers & Wings single cheese burger fully dressed ties with Blue Dot's BBQ's hamburger (BD's only burger they make: don't ask for cheese, they don't do additions).

On the road, ole BK and a flame grilled Whopper gets the nod. Great balance of meat, bread and toppings!

Dressed up chicken sandwich, or now they call it the chicken blt. I can't recall if it's back on the menu or not, but you can always ask for it

Although not a sandwich, I was always partial to that U.S. Navy Shipboard Delight, The "Mess Deck Delicacy", The Multi-Colored Rainbow Hot Dog!

If you were a Shipboard Sailor, you know what I'm talking about!

i wish they had Jack in the Box down here, my vote goes for the Sourdough Jack. 2 slices of toasted sourdough bread, big beef patty, 2 slices of cheese, bacon and a couple slices of tomato with some mayo. i'm not a fan of mayo normally but it works on this sammy!

I’m an Arby’s beef and cheddar type guy. Also love their turkey bacon ranch market sandwich when I need something a little healthier. Just add a large order of fries, mozzarella sticks and a strawberry milkshake and you cover all the food groups, meat, dairy, fruit and veggies.

Not a sandwich, but Pounder's Hawaiian Grill tempted us into a 2 hr drive for lunch today. Double Garlic Chicken with 2 scopes of rice and one of white macaroni salad made the drive worth it. Brought home extra to share a few more times. Looking forward to them opening a location in Pensacola next year!
