My problems with IDPA and other gun games that I know of

I have watched several of the ERGC IDPA matches and I'm think'n that they need to have a couple
of the 45acp shooters (you know who they are) run their ammo through a chronograph.

Here's mine. There is a an appeals process for sanctioned matches. I think the fee is $100.00, but you have to be a competitor.

As tennjeep said, the pressure of competition quickly exposes flaws in my technique & equipment. It reinforces the importance of executing the fundamentals properly & consistently. When I want to learn to defend myself in real-world situations I take a training class from a reputable instructor.

Nah. Been using the same load for over a decade. Haven't dropped under 167, yet. We have it easy these days. When I shot my first IPSC match, major PF was 175.

Haven't shot CDP in a few months. Been working on ESP. Before anyone asks, my load breaks 135 PF...verified at Alabama sectional last month.

I was there he made Ala Sec PF. Back to same load for 45 for years part. I was there then too, the days of 175PF, them were the days fast bullets and fast men. Now neither are as fast, but we have fun. I decided on 9 so I can pretend to go fast cuz my bullets are and I'm to weak to carry all them BIG bullets and BIG guns.
