So it looks like I'm in for the Sunday match since they cancelled tomorrow's USPSA match. I've got holsters and mag pouches to run either ESP, SSP or CDP. Which one should I shoot?

Mike told me once upon a time that he only required one shot per target w/ 308 and larger caliber rifles.

It's about damn time they started making sense. They should do that for 45 in pistol matches.

Yeah, .45 ACP is bigger than a 9x19, but it's still a pistol round and not really more penetrative than a 9x19, unlike the power difference between a .223 and a .308. I see your idea on cost wise, though. Maybe that's why USPSA has all those major and minor power factors and testing cartridge loads for speed and bullet weight, but we don't want to really get into all that, do we? Maybe you could switch to a Springfield 1911 in 9x19???????
