SO you're OK with losing your Constitutional rights because "somebody" thinks you "might" be dangerous or a terrorist. We have something in this Country called "Due Process". If they are GUILTY of something, arrest them and put them in prison, until then, you cannot take away their rights. Why is that so hard to understand?

Don't forget the term terrorist doesn't just mean radical Islamic terrorists. Right wing separatists could be classified as a terrorist. Say as in a gun nut, who doesn't trust the government and says inflammatory things about the president. Wonder where ive seen such a thing before???

It's all completely subjective to what an FBI agent is feeling like that day.
