Multiple people have gotten messages from this member asking about legally purchased items the ATF declared were legal and now deems to be Illegal..

While I dont love the ATF, they are still in the middle of dealing with the courts on this and many other issues.

I don't care what y'all do, but don't try to drag other members into doing things that are illegal. (And that's the charitable explanation - Im really hoping its not a new scheme to try and entrap people who had items at one time that the regulators deemed lawful to possess)

My listing from back in 2021 does show that it was sold, so that leads me to believe it's either someone that's just searching for items by keyword and messaging everyone regardless of status or just the ATF fishing.

I've seen it here in the past and other places. I can't point to one thread.
Referring to pistols with "stocks" being listed and other members saying I"'ll take it" or posting "it was great meeting you" after the deal was complete. Now if I'm the ATF all I need is a warrant and I've taken 2 gun owners off the streets.
