      Gunin4m, I have tried the remington, not a marked difference. Hornady cutom lite not available til end of Sept at the earliest according to Cabelas. A friend has offered to light load a handful for me to see if this might work for us. Muzzle break, anyone??

      I'll have to give Cabelas a call tomorrow. The only cutom light they are showing on their website is 30-06 and 270. Thanks again for the help.

      Having done a 20 minute internet search it would appear that Hornady Custom Light in 7mm-08 is hard to come by. Any suggestions on where to buy? Thank you.
