      Because remington 700 can be some of the best rifles made ( I hunt with one), or not very good depending on the year of manufacture. There are some pretty big differences. Why are you worried about my question?

      I usually do my own but the springfields are known to be tight even removing them. If it was typical steel night sights I would do them but being pretty expensive tritium fiber optics, I'll leave it to the pros. I don't have a pusher.
