Any local gunsmith install truglo TFX for a reasonable price?
Can send the slide off to get done but rather have it done locally.
    How much?

I'm sure there will be plenty of people chime in with suggestions of local gunsmiths, but would you consider doing it yourself?

What kind of gun? Do you have a vise, a brass (or better yet, nylon) punch and a hammer?

I usually do my own but the springfields are known to be tight even removing them. If it was typical steel night sights I would do them but being pretty expensive tritium fiber optics, I'll leave it to the pros. I don't have a pusher.

It can be done ... however ... IMO pushing beats banging every time. Especially on the initial lineup of the sights with the dovetail. --- SAWMAN

They are certainly tight, but with the correct sight pusher it's not hard at all.

I can change them out for you at TGD Firearms.

10-4. They were a birthday gift, I finally got something I wanted!

I'll swing down. When are you there? Friday?

Curious as to how much this service will cost..

I was told by the owner a couple months ago that he was getting a new sight pusher. I asked,if you buy a set of Glock sights from him would they install them for free. He stated that it would cost $35.00. --- SAWMAN
