      Long ago I had a 14" 30-30 Contender and shot it a lot, I mean a LOT, and it really liked 748 which was my go to powder for 30-30 rifle also. I think that in your shorter barrel 748 may be less efficient and will get along better with faster powders.

      I'm no 9mm user, but in any caliber that's not even remotely interesting. The article mentioning Browning was completely out of place, he should have mentioned the designer of Hi-Point... who was that anyway? Whoever it was, the designer of the RIA will be as well known :)
