As luck would have it, today I stumbled into a Nickle Texas Ranger and I'm guessing the LGS doesn't have much activity on SAA type pistols but the price was good and it came home with me. I was this >< close to "pulling the trigger" on a custom Ruger Vaquero and I'm glad I didn't get it.
Tight as a drum, slick as owl's snot, bright nickle finish and while laser engraved it looks great! Gads, this one's action even "says C-O-L-T"

Now I have to change over one of my presses to .45 Colt and have a go with it, maybe my Blackhawk and S&W 625 will get a range trip too.
I reconsidered, I took out the DSLR
