Fed Gov't loves vague stuff because they can charge people and let them bleed out on legal fees until a 2A entity comes along to slam the koks in a door.

Same with 'civil forfeiture', taking money from people and making them spend money to get it back. Large hurdle and the gov't drones get their large paychecks regardless if they win or lose.

They do make a Ruger Blackhawk in .30 carbine! A bit hard to find but super cool to shoot especially at night!

Yep. Just like we now challenge any arrest for no pistol permit in Alabama. I saw somewhere (I mostly read headlines anymore) where Kamala was heading up a new Federal office of gun violence or some such nonsense. Federal gun grab BS. Trying to go after the “gun show loophole.” I suspect gun control/violence will be a major talking point of the Dem re-election platform.

A while back they changed the Form 4473 to include “private“ sales! FFL’s business should increase!
They’re in this for the long haul! Personally I think the brace issue was to distract so they could do this! This is important to them because over time, they’ll have a better idea of who has what!
