BTT post Christmas bump.

I had hoped to never become "that guy"...the one that has the eternal post that keeps rising to the top every few days. Yet I fear I am on the path.....sigh....

The one bright light is that somehow 3 years from now, once we have moved on with our lives and the post long forgotten, will resurrect my post with an enthusiastic " I will take it!! PM Sent! ". No doubt someone will second and third the motion....

Plenty of outright buy offers, but no trade offers as of yet.
