Seeing if anyone is interested in trading me some 223 ammo for this 5.56 ammo?

My bolt action is Chambered for 223 unlike my AR that is chambered for 5.56. Need some target ammo for the bolt gun.

Neither box has been opened. Trade value is $300 .
