Great tool for construction of wood workers. Also can make detailed floor plans and measurements for homes. All measurements are stored in the app or on the unit itself and then you can export them to an Excel spreadsheet.

I was sent this by Mileseey as a gift for some work I did for them. This is their latest model and was just released to the public last week. I have no need for it so I am selling it to make some cash.

That looks cool just to have.. I could annoy the wife by asking how many sq ft the kitchen has? Then answer before she says anything. Maybe follow up my answer with a sappy remark like "You might know the answer if you spent more time in the kitchen!" I would probably have to sleep with one eye open for a while...
