MC, I have all of the free exercise you can stand. Mowing, trimming hedges, raking, tree trimming, etc. And when you're done with that, the house and storage building needs to be pressure washed, then both vehicles need to be detailed and waxed. When I'm done with you, you'll look like Mr. Universe!!

If I were you I would just buy a cage, bench, bar, and free weights. That's what I've got in my garage and it's a great setup for pretty much anything. Squats, pull-ups, bench, deadlift, etc... Also, look into strong lifts or similar '5x5' programs if you want to gain strength relatively quickly. Good luck.

I dont need no exercise stuff around my house. Everyone gets enough exercise jumping to conclusions, flying of the handle, running down dad, flogging dead horses, knifing friends in the back, dodging responsibility, and pushing their luck.
