Madison guns has some, They will mail order.. They are pretty reliable. Never have I purchased PPU 7.5 before so I do not know how salty this is but their shipping is not killer. But they are nice people and will work with you.

How easy would it be to make 30-06 brass work?

I've read that the web area is a little thin and the case head is a bit small for using 30-06 brass. Folks have been making 7.5 Swiss from .284 Winchester brass for decades. Myself, I use PPU 7.5 Swiss brass, keeping the brass separated by rifle so I only have to neck size.
