WTB 16" AR Upper / 1-4 scope *Pensacola*

I'm looking for a 5.56 16" upper w/ full length rail would prefer mid length gas system and 1 in 8 twist.. But im open to 1 in 7 it does not have to have a CH or BCG.
Also looking for a 1-4 or 6 scope to mount on it.
Figured i would try here before i hit online.

Apparently PA is coming out with a new gen of the 1-6x but this one, from what I've read, is a great scope for the money. I have been pleased with my 1-4x viper, but really want the 1-6 razor.

I LOVE SOPMOD style stocks. From LMT to B5 and everything in between. In fact, this BCM Mod 0 could be a bit wider. The scope though, the scope is amazing.

Don't get my wrong, I love my blackout, especially with its new 8" barrel. But it's a cool gadget rather than a main tool, if that makes any sense.
