    Wilson combat 1911 (Sold)

I have a Wilson Combat for sale with serial number WC000350 which means it was manufactured in 1996; the first year that Wilson started building there own frames and slides. This pistol has some significance to it. This pistol is all steel with a full length guide rod. It was carried in a holster so there is a little wear on the finish. Comes with 1 wilson mag, and 1 wilson case. I'm located in Pensacola and can be texted at 850-503-6755. Asking $2000 for it. image.jpg unnamed.jpg Sold!

Not sure how much significance there's to it, all the serial tells you is that it was made in '96. First year of the WC000XXX serial numbers, which were built on Wilson's own frames and slides. First, last or where in between is anyone's guess, as no records are available dating back that far.
Great shooter with a butter smooth action.
    GLWS!!!

^ nope, got rid of what was left of the plastic this week.

I'd buy the gun back and refinish it in a heartbeat, but between fixing Batman's 300blk, setting up the Beowulf, and getting another 1911, the gun fund is rather slim at the moment.
Maybe it'll be for sale long enough for me to get it back. We'll see.
