I double checked mine before bow season started. Nothing worse than going to the range right now with everyone there.

Absolutely....I zero mine from a rest and then before season starts I re-zero it in the same positions I will find myself in while hunting, so I won't have any excuses of why I missed that BIG one!

Since I hunt year round mine are always ready for a hunt. Everytime I do go to the range I double check the ones that do not get used as much. Nothing like pulling a gun out of the case and putting the first rd thru it and BULLSEYE!

That was the best you could do......just kidding. Nice group and to think I was proud of my 1/2" group at 100yards.

Now the question is a sled zero different from me shooting it?

Absolutely. Cant, hold and the difference between the way a sled absorbs energy and you do will affect point of impact. However, at typical huntin distance not enough to matter. This one was sighted in a while back. It never changes just point and click.

I'm zeroed for M.O.D (minute of deer). Never had one stand still long enough to put a tight 5 shot group into. So one shot into a 8x8 plate does it for me

Shot in a new muzzleloader up in Va. on Nov. 1. Shot a six point and a nine point so far. Nice weapon. The cold weather put them into rut. The nine point really stunk.
