The USPSA classification updated overnight, and I am indeed now an A in Limited. In the past, bumping to A mad me want to switch divisions. This time, it makes me want to practice harder.
Thanks! I'm content in A class for now. Those new high hit factors are going to make it tough to get to M, much less GM.Nice job Brant! Congrats! GM here you come!
I shot at a public range 20 minutes from my house run by the Louisiana Department of Wildlife & Fisheries. They have a 50 foot pistol range, 100 yard rifle range, shotgun/trap/skeet and an archery range. No cost to use the pistol, rifle and archery ranges, $10.00 for shotgun but they supply the clay targets and throwing machine. Also, they provide target frames, targets, eye and ear protection, ice water with covered fire stations. No drawing from holsters but a nice range with a RSO on duty. Not many IDPA or USPSA clubs around so it will be a couple hour drive to matches. It is still hot as I remember it here. We start Friday night football tonight with temps into high 90's.
I’m pretty tickled about snagging a old Remington 513T MatchMaster this week. Markings on barrel says it cam out of the factory April 1952.
Shoots pretty good with Federal Bulk ammo.
5 shots in one raggedy hole from 25 yards with these 65 year old eyes.
Gotta get me some match ammo and stretch’em out to 50 to get back to my old humble self.
