His Left shift seems permenant as is his strong defense of Always Left Justices in Majority Ruling and His Desenting Opinions. His former 2A supporting positions are so potentially degraded; the other Constutionalist Justices don't want to address Cases that would be DOA losses. That's what happened with the last NY Case, declared Moot and sent back to the Lower Court. Things ARE CHANGING with Justice Comey Barret.

The decision to decommission the U.S.S. Bonhomme Richard was made because restoring the Wasp-class ship would cost more than $3 billion and take 5-to-7 years to complete, Navy officials said Monday. According to published reports, dismantling the ship would cost about $30 million.
