I purchased a Vortex Viper HS 2.5-10x44's last year about this time from Cabellas on closeout for not much cheaper than this price. The only thing that I dislike about it, is that it is the standard V-Plex reticle and I would have liked to have gotten the MRAD reticle. So I was very happy to pickup one of these Viper PST's today. It's very tempting not to pick up 2-3 of these and just put them on all of my rifles. I think that highly of them.
