Looking this one up, it has been very well taken care of, from what I can see it is the model with engraving ? ,, The bluing looks rich and in great shape. If you could get a close up of the engraving,,,,for some reason my end wont allow me to enlarge to inspect the pics ,,Thanks much ole carver

This would have sold quick 20 years ago. The problem these days is all the older guys who revere the A-5 either already have one or have passed on. Same with the Model 12.
Most of the young guys are salivating over the newest parkerized/synthetic Wonder 12 and have no idea what an a-5 is.
I already have two or I would be on this.

My Dad gave me one in 1976.. it was a Light 12. I shot it for 37 years.. killed quail, wood ducks, and tons of dove. I passed it down to my
son a few years ago. They are recoil operated vs. gas operated... they kick a bit more than gas, but if you want a shotgun that will last 4 lifetimes, this is your gun.
