I would have loved to have had that when I was a young boy and fighting all tha bad guys when WW2 was the war on everybodys mind. That is a great job. :thumb:
Gordon brought this out to the IDPA match on Sunday and laid it out on a blanket without saying anything. I saw it pointing down toward the benches and yelled out as to whoever owns this gun to please come down and point it in a safe direction and lock back the bolt (you know according to the range rules). Gordon finally comes over and says you can't lock back the bolt. I asked him why and he said because it isn't real. Floored me right then until he picked it up and handed it over to me. It was still almost as heavy as a real Thompson. You "done good" Gordon. I know your grandson will love his too. Just don't let him play outside with it. Some nosy neighbors are sure to call the police ))
