Well, my search for a play toy car ended yesterday morning. After months of looking for a 3rd generation Z28 and only finding overpriced rust buckets I went a little outside the box, and came home with this.

Not a speck of rust anywhere on the body !!!!

JK Rick, looks fantastic. I'll stop by this weekend and check it out.

Keep this in mind though. The difference between a porcupine and a Corvette is.........

The pricks are on the outside of the porcupine.:peep:

Ha, good one !!! That's Sean, always the enforcer.

This is my 60th birthday present to myself. You ought to see me try and fold up my 6'3" 275LB carcass and stuff it into the seat, it's a hoot !!!!

One day a mouse was walking through the jungle and heard a scream for help. He looked down a hole and found an elephant that had fallen in. The elephant begged him to get a rope or something and help him out. The mouse ran back to the house, jumped in his Vette, drove back to the hole, tied a rope around the rear axle, threw the length of it down to the trapped pachiderm and with liberal use of the throttle was able to pull him out. The elephant thanked him profusely and promised to someday repay the favor.

A few months later the elephant was walking through the same patch of jungle and sure enough, heard a cry for help. He tracked the scream to the very hole he himself had fallen into. His savior the mouse had fallen into the same trap. Thinking quickly the elephant unrolled his manhood and dropped it over the side. It reached all the way to the bottom, allowing the mouse to climb up and out to freedom.

Moral of the story: If you're packing a big enough dick you don't need a Corvette.

Nope, this one lived in Tigger Point for the last 13 years.

And is it a blast to drive. One good thing is after driving the Ford aircraft carrier for so long you feel like you're going a lot faster in the Corvette than you are.

I got on the west bound I-10 ramp yesterday and punched it, even as underpowered as it is that scared the shit out of me, got up to 75 in an instant. Won't be doing that again.

This one a late 80's with a TPI motor? It doesn't quite look like an early to mid 90's with the LT1, but I'm no vette expert. If it's the TPI, those things are a blast when you start to mod them and open them up and the L98 heads are quite capable of supporting some decent power (depending on what your definition of "decent" is of course). Very Purdy, btw.

So you basically put the car on rather than get in!
