I just bought one of these last week. 400 rds through
it yesterday, and 100 today. Shot good without one issue.

Mine won't shoot winchester white box, jams after 2 or 3 rounds. Just about everything else functions well. Guns and Ammo magazine did a review about a year ago on 9 or 10 9mm pistols and reported that the 709 did not jam even after many hundreds of rounds.

Hmmmm, that's what I was shooting yesterday. Funny how guns of the same
make can have different characteristics. Still, it's a fine weapon. GLWS
