I just bought a case of real Swiss black powder for my BPCR and pistol needs. I have some cans left over in both 2F and 3F. This is all freshly made with dates of MFR in 2021 and 2022. $29 a pound.

Thanks Mongo463 for the concern. I am not a business I’m just an individual selling a few cans of my personal property which in this case is some black powder. I have seen black powder sold on the “for sale reloading supplies”section of the form in the past. But I did go pull up your 27 CFR reference and read it over. Here’s the most pertinent quote that I could find regarding the situation.

“iv.It is not necessary to obtain a permit if the user intends only to lawfully purchase commercially manufactured black powder in quantities not to exceed 50 pounds, intended to be used solely for sporting, recreational, or cultural purposes.”
