BARTOW | A judge has dismissed a murder case against a Winter Haven man based on Florida’s Stand Your Ground Law.


Enlarge Circuit Judge John Stargel concluded that James Robert Wagner, 50, was justified in using deadly force when he opened fire on Billy Ray Elkins.

Maybe this will take the spotlight off of ol Georgie.....

Here is Billy Ray Elkins the guy who got himself dead. Doesn't look all that old, but does have crazy in his eyes.

He was charged with 2nd degree murder.They tried.

Sorry I thought it just went to a grand jury and then the judge gave the ruleing after that. FORGIVE ME I'm old. Anyway it turned out as it should.
