Absolutely your prerogative, however, you'll find that most deals conducted here are private sales w/o background checks, which are perfectly legal and not sketchy so long as you do your due diligence.

Absolutely correct. The Ronin came out and basically made the regular emp obsolete especially with their own proprietary mags.

You might be in the wrong group man. Most people on here do face to face on the side of the road utilizing documents such as Bill of Sales and verify IDs for CYA. Which is perfectly legal. You can always try to sell it at a gunstore or pawnshop and get pennies on the dollar but hey at least it won’t be “on the side of the road”
