Since serial numbers or portions thereof are not marked on 03A3 parts (other than the receiver), do you mean are all the appropriate parts stamped with markings indicating SC manufacture or manufacture for SC with no "RA" marked parts and that the stock has the appropriate "P" and cartouche?

I didn’t know that about the makings on 03A3 rifles. It's obvious you know more about them than I do and I mean that in a positive way. My experience has been limited to Mosin Nagants.
