i looked the ser# up on the Ruger site. I need to move to FL. It looks 95-98% in the pictures to me

I was 99% certain Ruger began offering the Blackhawk in 41 mag in the 60's, but I had to find something to back me up.

The gun in the OP should be a great pick up by someone. If did not live 8+ hours away, I would be interested.
