Good day folks. I’m currently remodeling the master bathroom in my home. I have removed the old cabinets which are made by legacy the original color is Cabernet but we had them painted in legacy white ( sherman Williams paint) the cabinet is in very good condition just may need some touch up and we still have paint left over if you choose to keep the same color.
    The cabinet measurements are:
    height 34 1/2 “ x length 89” x depth 21”
The granite is giallo ornamental it measures:
    1 1/4” thick x 22 1/2 depth x 94 1/2” length.
I also have the 2 granite side splash pieces and the backsplash piece.
The granite has a double undermount sink with delta fixtures which work fine no leaks.
This picture is what it looks like when it was in place but I have removed it from the bathroom and it is sitting in my garage ready for pickup.

I also have the large vanity mirror that you see on the wall above the cabinet which I have removed and is ready for pickup. It measures 93” X 40 1/2 “ The mirror is in good shape no chips and has a beveled mirror frame.

I can sell it all as a package for $700 or if you are interested in piecing it out I can work something out.

This would be good for someone needing an upgrade or someone renovating an Airbnb that doesn’t want to spend a lot of money.

    I’m located in Pace.

I asked a local granite fabricator in Pensacola what would be a fair price for the above items and he told me that a very reasonable price for the above items I was selling was $700 as a package. I had it originally listed for $1,200 thinking that was good but I’m no contractor. Go figure.
I’m willing to take a best offer. Thanks GCGF

If anyone is still interested in the 3 cabinets you can have all 3 for $150.
