I’d be suspicious of that whole deal, most likely someone that knows the seller texted or called him and he chose to sell to him. That said I guess it’s his choice as to who’s offer he accepts.

I was on at the right time and messaged him quickly. Made my offer with stipulations and he agreed. He went off of timestamps. That's as stand up of a deal as possible. Raven, I know you're good, just met you a few days ago but to the whiners with no dog in it, calm your tits. I've missed out on plenty of deals because of location or work schedule, didn't complain about it once. I just happen to be a little bit quicker this time and the seller was willing to work with me. No side dealing to his friends, no contributor badges on my end, no deep state conspiracy. Thanks to the seller for being a stand up guy and I would deal with him anytime we can make it work. There are several folks that I will not sell to regardless of what or when they post. there are no hard set in stone rules that I’m aware of.
