I use the same style as john does...The one on top and have great luck with mine also. I use 185 grain so mine are alittle shorter but i'm with him on the style

What particular vendor do you use to get them!? I have some round nose from Missouri Bullet Company I was going to load up next.

Plated bullets are so cheap I have not cast any bullets in 2 years. I have been shooting these in my .45s and .44 mag. and don't have to worry about leading up the barrel.

Used to get mine from Missouri Bullet Co. I don't know if they still offer them or not. 185 loaded light with 700x works great. Haven't tried any other powder.
