    I like getting feedback, especially positive! I find it a great metric when deciding whether I want to do business with someone. On Gunbroker I'm at 516-100% positive, eBay is 1516-100% positive. Despite having sold recently on both, it seems weird that I rarely get feedback as a seller, last time someone left feedback on GB was 2014 & IDK about eBay.
    But I digress;
    This has happened twice in the last few months where I win an auction, pay and get refunded because the seller doesn't have the item. I left a neutral feedback on eBay and the seller had a conniption. I was just informed I'd be getting a refund for a case of sabot slugs from a seller on Gunbroker, which SUX! Would you be honest in leaving a neutral feedback, or is that just bad form? I'm not getting ripped off, but I'm disappointed.

    I ended up giving them a "C"
    And stated my disappointment in that practice.
