I had a 640 pro and like a dummy, sold it.
I found this one on gun broker and had it shipped to Little Jacks.
Great service as always. I'm so glad to have a j frame again!
I'm thinking about polishing out the few dings and having a front night sight installed.

Yes it is, but I loaded it with .38 hollow points. It is very aesthetically pleasing to my eye.

I've got one just like it. I bought mine from Sport's Authority when they were clearing out their handguns in 1999.
Gave $290 for it.
I've only shot one cylinder of .357 thru it but it wasn't bad at all. Mostly shoot .38s.

What a deal! I gave $440 for this one and consider myself very lucky indeed. If I found another like it, I'd probably buy it.

That was a good price you got.
The same clearance sale that I bought the 60, I bought a Colt 1991A1 stainless for $475.
I got there early.

$400 or so for a pre lock j frame is a good deal. Great carry guns
